Mirrors list-table in producing Table / TableRow / TableCell nodes. Supported options: :header: (delimiter-separated header cells), :header-rows: (integer), :delim: (tab, space, or a literal character), :file: (read rows from a file, resolved like include: relative to doc_path, or doc_root for /-prefixed paths) and its companion :encoding:. :url: is dropped with a warning — gen does not fetch over the network. Unsupported presentation options (:widths:, :stub-columns:, :align:, etc.) are tolerated and ignored.
