The double gamma is the signed version of the Gamma distribution. For $α > 0 :$

M (t) = \frac{1}{2 ( 1 - t ) ^{a}} + \frac{1}{2 ( 1 + t ) ^{a}}

Implementation: scipy.stats.dgamma
