Query the optimal workspace for dormrz (LAPACK dormrz with lwork = -1).

Parameters

m : int: Number of rows of the matrix.
n : int: Number of columns of the matrix.
side : str, optional: 'L' for Q @ c, 'R' for c @ Q. Default is 'L'.
trans : str, optional: 'N' to apply Q, 'T' to apply its transpose. Default is 'N'.

work : float: Optimal lwork.
info : int: 0 on success; if negative, the -info-th argument had an illegal value.
