Summary

Estimate the reciprocal condition number of a triangular matrix (LAPACK ztrcon).

Parameters

a : ndarray: Square triangular matrix; only the triangle named by uplo is read.
norm : str, optional: '1' or 'O' for the 1-norm, 'I' for the infinity norm. Default is '1'.
uplo : str, optional: 'U' if a is upper triangular, 'L' if lower. Default is 'U'.
diag : str, optional: 'U' if the matrix has a unit diagonal, 'N' otherwise. Default is 'N'.

Returns

rcond : float: Estimate of the reciprocal condition number.
info : int: 0 on success; if negative, the -info-th argument had an illegal value.
