Solve a positive definite system whose matrix is in packed storage, by Cholesky factorization (LAPACK sppsv).

n : int: Order of the square matrix.
ap : ndarray: The triangle named by lower, in packed storage: the n * (n + 1) / 2 elements of one triangle, column by column. A longer array is accepted and its tail ignored. Note that LAPACK factorizes in place, so ap is overwritten with the Cholesky factor even though it is declared an input.
b : ndarray: Right-hand side(s) of shape (n, nrhs).
lower : int, optional: If nonzero, the lower triangle of a is referenced and the factor is lower triangular; otherwise the upper. Default is 0.
overwrite_b : int, optional: If nonzero, b may be overwritten in place. Default is 0.

x : ndarray: Solution of the system, overwriting b.
info : int: 0 on success; if negative, the -info-th argument had an illegal value.
