Summary

Query the optimal lwork for zgesvd.

Parameters

m : int: Number of rows of the matrix.
n : int: Number of columns of the matrix.
compute_uv : int, optional: If nonzero, singular vectors are computed. Default is 1.
full_matrices : int, optional: If nonzero, full-sized u and vt are computed. Default is 1.

Returns

work : complex: Optimal size of the work array, as a scalar of the routine's dtype.
info : int: 0 on success; if negative, the -info-th argument had an illegal value.
