Summary

Multiply a triangular matrix by its own adjoint (LAPACK zlauum).

Extended Summary

Computes u @ u.conj().T for an upper triangular c, or l.conj().T @ l for a lower triangular one, writing the result into the same triangle.

Parameters

c : ndarray: Square triangular matrix; only the triangle named by lower is read. The routine assumes a Cholesky factor and reads only the real part of the diagonal; any imaginary part is ignored rather than rejected.
lower : int, optional: If nonzero, c is lower triangular; otherwise upper. Default is 0.
overwrite_c : int, optional: If nonzero, c may be overwritten in place. Default is 0.

Returns

a : ndarray: The product, in the same triangle of c.
info : int: 0 on success; if negative, the -info-th argument had an illegal value.
