Multiply a matrix by the Q of an RZ factorization (LAPACK dormrz).

Q is the factor tzrzf produced when reducing a trapezoidal matrix to triangular form.

a : ndarray: The factorization tzrzf returned, shape (k, nt) with nt >= k. Its trailing nt - k columns carry the Z part.
tau : ndarray: Reflector scalars from tzrzf, length k.
c : ndarray: Matrix to multiply, shape (m, n).
side : str, optional: 'L' for Q @ c, 'R' for c @ Q. Default is 'L'.
trans : str, optional: 'N' to apply Q, 'T' to apply its transpose. Default is 'N'.
lwork : int, optional: Workspace size, at least n when side is 'L' and m when 'R'; -1 requests the query. Default is that minimum.
overwrite_c : int, optional: If nonzero, c may be overwritten in place. Default is 0.

cq : ndarray: The product, overwriting c.
info : int: 0 on success; if negative, the -info-th argument had an illegal value.
