Summary

Compute the LU factorization with complete pivoting (LAPACK zgetc2).

Parameters

a : ndarray: Square matrix of shape (n, n).
overwrite_a : int, optional: If nonzero, a may be overwritten in place. Default is 0.

Returns

lu : ndarray: Combined L and U factors; the unit diagonal of L is not stored.
ipiv : ndarray: Row pivot indices, 0-based.
jpiv : ndarray: Column pivot indices, 0-based.
info : int: 0 on success; if positive, u[info-1, info-1] is exactly zero. The factor is perturbed rather than left singular, so a following gesc2 still solves.
