Summary

Convert a triangle from rectangular full packed (RFP) to packed (TP) storage (LAPACK ztfttp).

Parameters

n : int: Order of the square matrix.
arf : ndarray: The triangle in rectangular full packed storage (RFP), length n * (n + 1) / 2.
transr : str, optional: 'N' for the normal RFP layout, 'C' for the transposed one. Default is 'N'.
uplo : str, optional: 'U' if the matrix is upper triangular, 'L' if lower. Default is 'U'.

Returns

ap : ndarray: The triangle in packed storage (TP).
info : int: 0 on success; if negative, the -info-th argument had an illegal value.
