Summary

Estimate the reciprocal condition number of a positive definite matrix in packed storage, from its Cholesky factorization (LAPACK sppcon).

Parameters

n : int: Order of the square matrix.
ap : ndarray: Cholesky factorization in packed storage, as returned by pptrf.
anorm : float: 1-norm of the original matrix, which equals its infinity norm here.
lower : int, optional: If nonzero, the lower triangle of a is referenced and the factor is lower triangular; otherwise the upper. Default is 0.

Returns

rcond : float: Estimate of the reciprocal condition number.
info : int: 0 on success; if negative, the -info-th argument had an illegal value.
