Summary

Apply a sequence of row interchanges to a matrix (LAPACK zlaswp).

Row i is swapped with row piv[i] for each i from k1 to k2.

a : ndarray: Matrix whose rows are interchanged.
piv : ndarray: Pivot indices, 0-based, at most a.shape[0] of them. LAPACK numbers these from 1; the shift happens inside the wrapper and the array passed in is not modified.
k1 : int, optional: First index of piv to apply, 0-based. Default is 0.
k2 : int, optional: Last index of piv to apply, 0-based. Default is len(piv) - 1.
off : int, optional: Number of leading entries of piv to skip. Default is 0.
inc : int, optional: Stride through piv; negative applies the interchanges in reverse order. piv must hold k1 + 1 + (k2 - k1) * abs(inc) + off entries, which for abs(inc) > 1 is more than k2 alone requires. Default is 1.
overwrite_a : int, optional: If nonzero, a may be overwritten in place. Default is 0.
