Summary

Convert a triangle from rectangular full packed (RFP) to full (TR) storage (LAPACK dtfttr).

Parameters

n : int: Order of the square matrix.
arf : ndarray: The triangle in rectangular full packed storage (RFP), length n * (n + 1) / 2.
transr : str, optional: 'N' for the normal RFP layout, 'T' for the transposed one. Default is 'N'.
uplo : str, optional: 'U' if the matrix is upper triangular, 'L' if lower. Default is 'U'.

Returns

a : ndarray: The triangle in full storage, shape (n, n); the other triangle is zero.
info : int: 0 on success; if negative, the -info-th argument had an illegal value.
