Summary

Solve a positive definite system in rectangular full packed (RFP) storage using a Cholesky factorization already computed by pftrf (LAPACK spftrs).

Parameters

n : int: Order of the square matrix.
a : ndarray: Cholesky factorization in RFP storage, as returned by pftrf.
b : ndarray: Right-hand side(s). It may have more than n rows; only the leading n are read.
transr : str, optional: 'N' for the normal RFP layout, 'T' for the transposed one. Default is 'N'.
uplo : str, optional: 'U' if a holds the upper triangle, 'L' if lower. Default is 'U'.
overwrite_b : int, optional: If nonzero, b may be overwritten in place. Default is 0.

Returns

x : ndarray: Solution of the system, overwriting b.
info : int: 0 on success; if negative, the -info-th argument had an illegal value.
