Summary

Generate the orthogonal/unitary matrix of a Hessenberg reduction (LAPACK sorghr).

a : ndarray: The reduced matrix gehrd returned, shape (n, n).
tau : ndarray: Reflector scalars from gehrd, length n - 1 -- empty when n is 1, which is what gehrd returns there.
lo : int, optional: Index of the first row/column to reduce, 0-based. Default is 0.
hi : int, optional: Index of the last row/column to reduce, 0-based. Default is n - 1.
lwork : int, optional: Workspace size, at least hi - lo. Default is max(hi - lo, 1).
overwrite_a : int, optional: If nonzero, a may be overwritten in place. Default is 0.

ht : ndarray: The orthogonal/unitary factor Q.
info : int: 0 on success; if negative, the -info-th argument had an illegal value.
