Query the optimal workspace sizes for dsyevd.

Parameters

n : int: Order of the square matrix.
compute_v : int, optional: If nonzero, eigenvectors are computed as well as eigenvalues. Default is 1.
lower : int, optional: If nonzero, the lower triangle of a is referenced; otherwise the upper. Default is 0.

Returns

work : float: Optimal size of the work array, as a scalar of the routine's dtype.
iwork : int: Optimal size of the integer workspace, to pass as liwork.
