Summary

Estimate the reciprocal condition number of a positive definite matrix from its Cholesky factorization (LAPACK zpocon).

Parameters

a : ndarray: Cholesky factorization of a positive definite matrix, as returned by potrf.
anorm : float: 1-norm of the original matrix, which equals its infinity norm here.
uplo : str, optional: 'U' if a holds the upper triangular factor, 'L' if lower. Default is 'U'. The rest of this group uses lower instead.

Returns

rcond : float: Estimate of the reciprocal condition number.
info : int: 0 on success; if negative, the -info-th argument had an illegal value.
